To use data outside of the Drive app, you can export data to the mobile device. You can select a folder for downloading the data to. The following options exist:
Download a single file or folder. A folder will be downloaded as zip archive.
Download multiple files and folders. The objects will be downloaded as zip archive.
How to export a single file to the Android mobile device:
Tap the menu icon next to the file name.
Select in the menu. Define the location on your device for saving the file to.
How to export multiple files and folders to the Android mobile device:
Tap the menu icon on the right side of the function bar. Tap on .
Checkboxes are displayed next to the objects.
You can also tap and hold an object until checkboxes will be displayed.
Select one or several objects.
Tap the icon in the function bar.
Select in the menu. Define the location on your device for saving the objects to.
The objects will be downloaded as zip archive.
