Using the Drive Apps

The following functions are available for the Android mobile device version:

• Viewing, searching, sorting objects

  The objects can be located on the server or on the mobile device.

• Making objects available off-line

  Those objects will be downloaded to the mobile device.

• add objects to favorites

  Favorites are only set for the local device. They will not be synchronized with the server.

• Adding folders to the home screen

• Adding new keys

  Those objects will be created on the mobile device and then uploaded to the server.

• Organizing objects

  You can move, rename or delete objects. Those changes are synchronized with the server.

  You can restore items from Trash.

• Editing Office documents in the browser

  Office documents on the server can be edited in the mobile device's browser.

• Exporting data to the mobile device

  Files on the server can be exported to the mobile device.

• Sharing objects

  Those objects are respectively shared on the server.

• Using special functions for photos or video

• Settings on an Android mobile device
